1. On your old iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select iCloud.
3. Choose the data you want to include in the backup, then tap iCloud Backup.
4. Tap Back Up Now to create an immediate backup.
5. Insert the SIM card into your new iPhone, turn it on, and connect to Wi-Fi.
6. During setup, tap Restore from iCloud Backup when you reach the Apps & Data screen.
7. Sign in with your Apple ID and select the backup you just created.
