On this page you will find everything you need to know about the shipping and delivery of your package. When you have placed an order, we will always keep you informed of the shipping status of your package by email. You can also view this on your personal account page.



The shipment of your order

When completing your order, you can find the available shipping methods in the shopping cart. These change when you select a different country. You can often choose to have your order delivered to your home or to pick it up at a pick up point. It is possible to enter a different delivery address in the shopping cart, for example, to have your order delivered to your work. If your order does not fit through the letterbox, you must be at home to accept the package.

Track your package:
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code. With this you can track your package yourself. You will also find your Track & Trace code on your order status page.


Shipping costs

We ship orders free of charge to other countries within the European Union. The table below shows you the shipping costs of your order to countries outside the European Union.
